Blind Lecturer is appointed as Presiding Officer

In Multan, a blind Lecturer in URDU named Ghulam Mustafa at Govt. Walayat Hussain Islamia College, has been appointed as Presiding officer in  Polling station number 259. The office order is issued from Returning Officer.

    I think, the College Management must not give his name to Election Office or Returning Officer.
